Each Logi Prefab project is designed according to the customer’s wishes, and aimed to achieve the most sustainable, environmentally friendly construction practices possible while nurturing Scandinavian traditions. Aesthetics, minimalism, innovative interiors, stylish expression – that is what our modern individual house projects offer, including a one-storey house project and multi-storey modern house projects.
Our company‘s uniqueness is reflected in the projects of Scandinavian houses inspired by the culture and aesthetics of the Nordic countries, which combine Scandinavian interiors and unexpected shapes.
Each project is created individually, aiming for the best stylistic expression and optimal architectural solutions. The project samples provided by us can always be adjusted to the customer’s needs in order to make the building as comfortable as possible. This is a three-story house suitable for a large family. The roof of the house is sloped, there is also a balcony and a terrace.
Grønbergssvingen 81
It’s a three-storey house with a separate apartment on the ground floor, which makes this house suitable for few families to live. The roof of the house is flat. There is balcony in the 2nd floor in front of the house, also a roof top terrace is designed too. The garage is attached to the house.
Tønsberg 2
It is a three-story house designed for comfortable family life. All spaces are extremely functional and ergonomically planned. Double garage, terrace and balcony. The roof of the house is double-slope.
Aukra
It’s a four – apartment buildings, designed in Norway. There are two smaller apartments on the ground floor, and other two – on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house.
Stadiono st 3 and 5
This new single family housing area consists of five houses, designed in Lapės, Kaunas district, Lithuania. Consisting of three smaller (up to 80 m2) and two larger residential houses (107 m2), all houses are a single-storey, layout is efficient, also each house has a covered terrace.
Molde 1-2
Two almost identical houses built next to each other in Molde. Every house has a rental apartment on the ground floor, while the main house is in the 1st and 2nd floor.
Ringebu – Kvitfjell
This is a custom desing skiing hut, designed exceptionally for the needs of a customer. This outstanding house consists of spacious living room connected with kitchen, few bedrooms, room for skiing equipment and sauna.
Nome 1
It’s a two-storey house with a flat roof. There’s a big balcony in front of the house, it’s also serves as a carport for two cars. Main entrance area is covered with roof connected with a storage room outside.
