This new single family housing area consists of five houses, designed in Lapės, Kaunas district, Lithuania. Consisting of three smaller (up to 80 m²) and two larger residential houses (107 m²), all houses are a single-storey, layout is efficient, also each house has a covered terrace. Houses are designed with asymmetrical pitched roof, covered with concrete roof tiles, which also installed on two outside walls. The shorter sides of the house are finished with horizontal wooden cladding.
