Each Logi Prefab project is designed according to the customer’s wishes, and aimed to achieve the most sustainable, environmentally friendly construction practices possible while nurturing Scandinavian traditions. Aesthetics, minimalism, innovative interiors, stylish expression – that is what our modern individual house projects offer, including a one-storey house project and multi-storey modern house projects.
Our company‘s uniqueness is reflected in the projects of Scandinavian houses inspired by the culture and aesthetics of the Nordic countries, which combine Scandinavian interiors and unexpected shapes.
Each project is created individually, aiming for the best stylistic expression and optimal architectural solutions. The project samples provided by us can always be adjusted to the customer’s needs in order to make the building as comfortable as possible. Grønbergssvingen 66
This is a two-storey house consisting of two identical apartments. The roof of the house is flat. Back of the house is placed under ground, main entrance to the house at the 1st floor. There is a roof terrace for each apartment, as well as balconies designed at the front of the house. Outside finish of the house is solved with vertical and horizontal wooden cladding.
Vestnes – Bakneset
It’s a two-storey house. The house is designed with a flat roof. Main entrance is designed at the ground floor. There’s a large balcony in front and on the side of the house, also a roof top terrace. A carport with a storage room is designed close to the house. Horizontal cladding was chosen for the outside finish of the house.

It’s a two-storey house. The house is designed with a flat roof. Main entrance is designed at the ground floor. There’s a large balcony in front and on the side of the house, also a roof top terrace. It’s a two-storey house. The house is designed with a double pitched asymmetrical roof. There is a balcony in front and on the side of the house, there’s a garage and a storage room under it
Drammen – Lindeveien 7
It’s a two-storey house. The house is designed with a single pitched roof. Back of the house is placed under ground, so the entrance to the house is arranged from ground floor as well as from 1st floor. There are small balconies in front of the house and a terrace which can be reached from the 1st floor. Outside finish of the house is solved with vertical and horizontal wooden cladding in two different colors.
Melhus 1
It’s a two-storey house. The house is designed with a flat roof. There’s a large balcony in front and on the side of the house. A garage, a music room and storage room are designed on the ground floor under the balcony.
Larsnes 1
It’s a spacious two-storey house with solid columns at the main facade. Back of the house is placed under ground. The house is designed with a single pitched roof. There’s a large balcony in front and on the side of the house, part of it is covered with a roof. Garage and two storage rooms are designed on the ground floor. There’s a possibility to install a winter garden in the corner of the balcony.
